Motorola have certainly stepped up their mobile game recently with the release of the Dext (Cliq). Having had a chance to spend a little time with the Dext courtesy of one very kind and special GU reader, I can safely say that the world should be saying a big welcome back ‘hello Moto’. The Dext is certainly not the best phone on the market but it does without a doubt do many things very well indeed. Nintendo Japan has just confirmed that existence of an all new DSi. The DSi LL will feature a 4.2 inch screen and will retail for around ¥20,000 (£135). The DSi LL is set to hit store shelves well in time for Christmas on 21 November.

Since a French consumer managed to pick up a copy of Modern Warfare 2 from… somewhere last week the internet has been riddled with extra snippets of information about the game. EA’s Dante’s Inferno was in playable form at this year’s Eurogamer Expo in Leeds today and the Geekly Update were there to see it. Thankfully VG247 captured this epic boss battle for the world to see. Personally, I’m not usually the biggest fan of this genre of games but I have to admit that this looks immense as this video demonstrates.

For many, the iPhone has been as elusive as a week on X-Factor without Louis Walsh saying “you’ve got the looks, you’ve got the voice, your a class act.” In the UK the iPhone has always been tied exclusively to the O2 network however, Orange announced last month that they would be selling the iPhone before Christmas.
