Someone at Apple is playing games with our minds.

Remember  a few weeks ago when the big event scheduled for the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco on January 26th was announced? Well apparently that date is not more and instead Steve Jobs will be taking to the stage on 27 January instead.

The Wall Street Journal’s Digital Daily reported today that the much rumoured date of the 26 January is incorrect and that an source very close to Apple has instead indicated 27 January as the true date.

As the weeks role on I for one am becoming more and more concerned that Apple is lining up a rather large upset at the upcoming media event, by failing to announce a tablet device at all. So far not event the date of the event has been confirmed, let alone the contents and devices on which it might be centred. Anyone else worried?
