It was revealed today that HMV.com will be the exclusive UK retailer of the Pretsige Edition of Modern Warfare 2 reported on earlier this week and will retail for £119.99. There are only two choices to make here:

1. Would you have been buying Modern Warfare 2 anyway which, as announced yesterday comes with an RRP of £55!?

2. Are a set of functioning night vision goggles worth £64.99 to you?

Whilst the goggles are undoubtedly a cool addition, when not in use Activision proposes you leave them on display in your home, on the mannequin head bundled with the set… I don’t think much needs to be said of the societally ostracised individuals who might think this a good idea.
