IGN reports today that whilst at a press conference this week an Apple attendee was seen brandishing a white iPhone with the words “Apple Development Team” written on the back above a huge barcode running from top to bottom of the rear casing. It was also noted that the iPhone in question when placed in what looked identical to the current camera mode displayed a flashing red light on the screen whilst the user held the iPhone in the air “filming” the conference.

This would seem to verify at least one of the current specusltions regarding the new iPhone encompassing video recording capability. Stay tuned early July for the Worldwide Developer’s Conference where the new model is almost certain to be unveiled.
